The article also states a $1 billion price tag for the Warner park, not sure if this is correct.

There was definitely more construction going on at the end of January when Google's camera went over than last December. Lots more buildings around the park and colour on the ground from foundations going in.



You can see the shadows as construction starts to move vertically too.

I drove past the site yesterday and there is a lot more construction going on.

Some sort of structure is taking shape now.
