A supplier of wayfinding signs has created this for the land, shows some detail of finalised lands, restaurants and attractions. It's not the best quality but it's interesting.

I wouldn't go that far, but clearly, Ferrari World is their "thrill park" and Warner Bros. will be family-friendly. But I guess more in line with Motiongate Dubai or IMG than LEGOLAND.
