After a host of billion dollar casinos, this is the first major theme park designed by Gary Goddard which is actually under construction! Goddard was responsible for almost all the great Universal Studios rides -- Terminator, Jurassic Park etc.

First priority is the intricate network of subterranean tunnels that, like Walt Disney World's famed Utilidors, will allow all major elements to be serviced without any visual intrusion to resort guests.
