I know that the current construction will be only a part of the first park and that section will be open next year, maybe on the first quarter 2022. But, they will be continuing with the construction at the same time to finish the entire park. That will be only the first park (theme), but there are two more parks (nature & water park).

That is the genius of Theme Park Design, they can fit a lot of different spaces and experiences into a small space. There is ample room there to create many different spaces - it should be quite exciting!

So what will this theme park actually going to look like? From what I’ve seen it looks like there isn't much space left...

Just down there, they are scrapping for money. Created about 10 new residence platforms and trying to pre sale. The original Mayan Palace Grand Mayan Grand Bliss owners are being fired if we don't buy up. If you can hang on to your Mayan Palace, Grand Mayan or Grand Bliss The Residence will have priority on reservations. This is not what I bought into when the Grand Mayans were first being built.
