Yes it seems so. Alicia Stella's recent video suggested it would be a Mack Twist 'n' Splash too as the foundations appeared to match foundations from other versions of the ride elsewhere. Hopefully the final ride will look better than the artists' impression as it looks a little anemic here.

A Waterworld-style outdoor stunt show has been added to the plans for Phase 2 for this park, on the expansion pad between Nintendo and Monsters. The team has concept art of the Beijing version they are working off of in that space as a placeholder, currently.
