Less construction crew now? Also what's the mystery construction?
Truthfully, they've done quite the opposite, working on the finishing of Jurassic World - The Ride, and going full on with Nintendo. If they were going to pause it, they would've paused it a while ago. Things got delayed, sure, but it isn't like we're 3 years out from seeing it.

They've been working on this--and have no signs of stopping anytime soon.
Construction is still going on...
But if the parks keep being closed for longer wouldn't that delay it more? I think the progress will go fast when they can. Universal really wants these to be open faster.
Speculation has pointed to Super Nintendo World being delayed by 2022, not 2023.
I was afraid of that happening but could happen since looks like construction stopped
Is Nintendo land really opening in 2023 now?
Speculation and rumors have picked to Yoshi's Adventure not being present for the Universal Hollywood version of SNW, and would instead use the ride system for Secret Life of Pets: Off The Leash. You can see in the promo materials so-far of the omnimover like system in place.
The land would only include that of Mariokart, and would be only featuring one attraction with the interactive elements and theming taking a notch. You can see from the photos, that they're adding that of a detailed facade to block that of the 1360 tower.
There is speculation in this video about the inclusion of the Yoshi ride in Hollywood. Have we got confirmation anywhere of which rides we are expecting here?
