Borehole drilling and general 'what is under the concrete' exploration has started back up again.

  2. They are probably planning to start construction for a year and are waiting until next year to start.

The latest update from the Universal Studios uk site. Surveyors are on site 'setting out' for what we assume will be the construction village where contractors will be based during construction.

Update on the Wixams railway station

  5. I expect nothing new to happen until next year when construction starts, as Universal Destinations and Experiences announced last month.

Not a great deal going on right now. The farm crops are doing well and fencing remains up on site but other than that it's fairly quiet apart from the odd visitor.

The large lake section isn't where the theme park is going. The theme park is going south of Manor Road.

I've not posted for a while but now it's really happening! We are so excited.

  10. I'm almost certain that threre's a few more i's to dot and t's to cross for whatever immersive landwill replace Wizarding World which is why the 'Shrek' area is so vague. I really feel the park is one, big, unique e-ticket dark ride from being complete, and this would explain why. I really hope there's a Secret Life of Pets-style ride in the Paddington area. I love how that ride looks and I think a Paddington version in terms of scope and scale would be perfect.
