Today, February 12, construction has officially resumed at Universal Beijing Resort! Extensive precautions are going into effect to ensure the spread of disease is prevented:

Construction on the park hasn't resumed quite yet due to the Chinese New Year holidays and virus outbreak but meanwhile members from multiple government committees were on site for inspection on January 31 to ensure proper "implementation of various epidemic prevention measures such as closed entrances of various units, leadership on duty, publicity of epidemic prevention knowledge, and provision of epidemic prevention materials"
