    A couple days ago Tom Mehrmann, President and General Manager of Universal Beijing Resort, and Mark Woodbury, President of Universal Creative and Vice Chairman of Universal Parks & Resorts, gave Cai Qi, Communist Party Secretary of Beijing, and Chen Jining, Mayor of Beijing, a tour of Universal Beijing Resort.     I was referring to the facades next to Hogwarts castle visible while walking in park. But I still would like to know where all the 6 billion went. This park seems lacking in rides and major attractions. Just my observation .

    The facades in this case are to block a view of taller buildings outside of the park when you are watching the Waterworld Show. It's the perimeter of the park not fake buildings where attractions should be.

    If you look back a few posts you will see the facade and the show backdrop and the facade will simply sit behind the show stage.
