During the next operational preparation phase, the entire operations team will continue to prepare to deliver a high standard of guest service. Interior details including detail work on themed settings, rides and facilities testing, digital system implementation and guest-facing system testing, as well as entertainment talents casting, training, and rehearsal are also underway. Service and security training will be completed during this time to refine and perfect the overall guest experience after grand opening.
Universal Beijing Resort represents a historic partnership that has been in the making for more than a decade. More than 100,000 construction workers, more than 500 designers and artists, and more than 500 suppliers and partners from around the world jointly made the project possible. Engineering and technological innovations had also been created and leveraged throughout these several years of high-level and high-quality construction work.
