New photos and video of the construction site:

Also just to make a couple of things clear there's been an article going around with some misinterpreted information regarding the naming of certain parts of Universal Beijing Resort. Recently when Universal launched the official website it clearly said "Universal Beijing Resort" so people thought that meant that the theme park which they had been calling "Universal Studios Beijing" is now officially called "Universal Beijing Resort." This is not true not only has the name "Universal Beijing Resort" been official for years but that's not the name of the theme park. The theme park itself is still Universal Studios Beijing. The entire complex is "Universal Beijing Resort." Also when this article was translated from Chinese (http://bj.people.com.cn/n2/2019/0221/c233080-32663811.html) to English (http://www.china.org.cn/china/2019-02/22/content_74493750.htm) and then picked up by more English news sites (Blooloop) it referred to the dining, retail and entertainment district as "City Avenue" as opposed to "CityWalk." Like at the other Universals around the world it will be called "CityWalk" but it is written in Chinese as "????" which literally translates to "City Avenue." Writing it in Chinese as City Avenue is just to make it more clear to the Chinese visitors but for consistent branding it will be called in English "CityWalk" which is proven here https://corporate.comcast.com/news-information/news-feed/universal-theme-park-and-resort-planned-for-beijing and here https://www.universalbeijingresort.com/en/news/2.

So just to give an overview:

The entire complex is named ??????? = Universal Beijing Resort
Within the complex is a theme park named ?????? = Universal Studios Beijing
Also within the complex is a retail, dining and entertainment district named ???? = CityWalk

New rendering (?) of interior and surroundings of the metro station. The escalator has a longer than usual buffering area, not sure if it's simply a rendering glitch or some new design to improve safety during peak hours.
