Thank you for the post! I think you're correct and the trusses are actually being raised on the Jurassic World dark ride building but I'm not 100% sure. In the photo you found it also looks like the ride buildings for Harry Potter and the Forbidden Journey and Transformers: The Ride 3D have begun to go vertical.

According to this blogger, http://m.blog.sina.com.cn/s/blog_752deabf0102ydg9.html#page=3, the steel structure just lifted is of either Jurassic World or Minions (construction bid #2) . Kung Fu Panda is part of bid #3. The blogger didn’t cite any sources, but the tenderer for bid #3 does confirm their work on Kung Fu Panda and Waterworld. http://www.chinaonebuild.com/templates/content/index.aspx?nodeid=40&page=ContentPage&contentid=2550

Below is an supposedly recent aerial shot over the park. The entire site seems to be covered wherever possible to reduce dust blown up into the air.

The above is an on-site project management building, probably will be of administrative purpose after the construction is completed.

Below are three photos already in #174 but of higher res. The two domes of the bottom photos is the transit entrance connecting Line 7 and Batong.

Great new photo of the resort showing the construction in full swing (click on images to view them in full size)

Green arrow - Beijing Subway station (set to be completed by end of 2019)
Yellow arrow - NUO Resort Hotel foundation
Pink arrow - Park's central lagoon
Blue arrow - Jurassic World dark ride building structure beginning to rise
Purple arrow - Harry Potter and the Forbidden Journey ride building almost ready to go vertical
Orange arrows - Steel structure for Kung Fu Panda indoor area
Red arrow - WaterWorld stadium beginning to go vertical

In this new satellite image from earlier this month you can see that work has begun on most rides, restaurants and other buildings at the park. Refer to the layout on post #169 (https://www.themeparx.com/universal-studios-beijing/?p=13408#post13408) to get an idea of where attractions are located.

And if you ever need some basic translation from the local news I could also help. The only update I can contribute right now is that metro Line 7 and extension of Line Batong, both of which will connect to the transit hub at the park, are slated to open by the end of 2019. Not sure if it will help with the construction in any meaningful way, but definitely better than the park waiting for the transit.
Any photos you can get of the park being built would be greatly appreciated
