A new project is listed as P235 with permits for "Interior Demolition."

The former Blue Man Group theater is being used for Grinchmas this year (included in paid admission to Islands of Adventure). Fear Factor Live's closure is confirmed by the park: https://www.mynews13.com/fl/orlando/attractions/2021/10/19/universal-to-permanently-close-fear-factor-live

Shrek 4D's closure was confirmed by the park, announced for January 10th, 2022. Replacement is said to be a walkthrough with interactive elements, which may be temporary attraction. The Mummy is closed Jan 7th through mid-Summer to get a refurbishment. No word on any enhancements or changes yet.

The Fear Factor Live show has not returned to the park, and once HHN is over on October 31st, there is a strong rumor that the building will be torn down for a VR attraction as an expansion to Diagon Alley. This was originally intended to go to Epic Universe, but there have been no confirmations yet.
