These images potentially show early concept art of what would be the How to Train Your Dragon area of the park. The website that these images are from does not say Universal at all so it is unconfirmed but it would be a big coincidence if these images are not for Universal's Epic Universe.

Calling all UAE theme parks haters! It seems that delays and cancellations are also happening at the theme park capital of the world (Orlando)! Who’s having the last laugh now?

There are still permits being filed for works on the site but noone knows if they are just being filed because they provide long term permission or if work will still go ahead. Most people inside the business seem to think that infrastructure work will go ahead still and decisions then made on whether to proceed with the build.

Additional permits for backstage areas and the in-park hotel have been posted as well.
Epic Universe is now rumored to be substantially delayed, and Super Nintendo World is now rumored to move back into the Kidzone section of Universal Studios Florida. Welcome to 2020 folks.
