Fantasy Springs, along with Tokyo DisneySea Fantasy Springs Hotel, is now officially open at Tokyo DisneySea!

Have they ever lost money? Let's see what their attendance will be in 2025/26 and then look at their profits. The Japanese spend so much money at these parks and the only complaint is there are too many people. They could create two more Fantasy Springs and it would still be overcrowded.

It does not look like the ROI is guaranteed...
