If you look at the model shown on the D+ show you'll see the rising building in question IS Peter Pan (it's located behind IJA and Raging Spirits). The Tangled show building will back up against Sinbad and Disneyland Park.

If the layout of the concept art hasn't changed, then this building should be the Tangled Show building Peter Pan show building and area is to the left of this.

Oriental Land Co., Ltd. announced that scheduled timing for the start of operations of Fantasy Springs at Tokyo DisneySea Park has been revised.

Based on further study and review, the expansion project of this eighth Tokyo DisneySea themed port will be fully in operation in fiscal year 2023.

The Oriental Land Co., Ltd. fiscal year starts on April 1 and ends on March 31.
