As long as the resort doesn't file for the permit request for building, the project is not going ahead. They have only shown preliminary investigations and intentions up to this point. NSIPs mean nothing more than that the government recognizes that the project has an impact on the country if approved and constructed. As long as London Resorts keep faffing about with their permit request, like they have done over the last five years, they will not start constructing anytime soon. The permit request was suppose to happen in Q4 of this year, however I haven't seen this done as off yet. If they don't do the permit soon, the opening of 2024 might be a very difficult deadline to reach.

I believe it will as the government has recognised it as a significant infrastructure project and an experienced CEO has been appointed. I hope this answered your question.

The lands you suggest (other than Top Gun) seem to all be those from the other Paramount Parks such as Peanuts Land, Adventure City and Dinotopia.

This concept art was published around 2017 so should have been updated by now.

Here's an interesting layout of The London Resort that I came across... I assume that it is an older design but I'm not sure. A couple differences to note in this layout compared to the layout officially released (https://www.themeparx.com/the-london-resort-paramount-park-london/?p=20014#post20014):

- In the far right area of theme park which might be named "Adventure City" there's airplanes arranged in rows plus a ship in the water and a large roller coaster. Could this be a Top Gun-themed area on its own or a part of Adventure City?

- The retail, dining, and entertainment area plus hotels and waterpark seem to arranged slightly differently and it's entirely indoors.



This is just speculation but currently I'm thinking the themed-areas of The London Resort's theme park will be (going clockwise starting at the entrance):

1. Final Frontier (Star Trek)
2. Lost Kingdom (Tomb Raider)
3. Dinotopia
4. Camelot/King Arthur
5. Peanuts Town
6. Adventure City (The Italian Job, Grease, The Godfather, Mission: Impossible, Top Gun)

Technically a seventh themed area is the park's "main street" which could be before or after the park's actual entrance.

The concept in the video appears to be that from the Paramount Kunming park

The London Resort will potentially feature King Arthur's Camelot. I don’t believe that the opening date will be Spring 2024 I don’t think we knew that it was in Easter, I don’t think that this proposal is realistic at least not in less than 4 years as documents haven’t even been submitted yet!

After viewing the video I am pretty sure not much progress has been made on the contents of the park as there was conflicting concept art which at points showed what we have seen recently then it goes and shows a similar looking park just with a massive lake! I don’t believe the resort will take off in 2024 but possibly 2025 as if they have not even started planning rides and entertainment venues then it will put them in a lot of trouble, I know this because I asked them if they started planning rides and they said they will start mid 2021
