In this Twitter video you can see a POW block with a Brick block on either side moving back and forth for the first time (plus a Thwomp's eyes glowing): https://twitter.com/ayato0222usj/status/1279391172436213761
And then in this YouTube video you can see an up close view of the area but this time at night:
A couple of Twitter videos showing a Thwomp in action: https://twitter.com/usj_ruilove/status/1278913773223337984 and https://twitter.com/chizuoo/status/1278886515544748032
A ton of movement can be seen in this Twitter video including for the first time a Fire Flower: https://twitter.com/29qup2/status/1278360411708915712
Also I spy at least three Yoshis that can be seen along the Yoshi ride not counting the green one that is seen walking and not counting of course the ride vehicles themselves.
I highly encourage you to watch this YouTube video (fast forward to 49 seconds) because not only does it show the coins spinning, and not only does it show the green shell spinning while moving back and forth (and at a much better angle), but it for the first time also shows a Piranha Plant moving - all of which is happening simultaneously!
Universal Studios Japan official statement released, today, July 1:
Source: https://www.usj.co.jp/company/company_e/2020/0701.htmlRegarding “SUPER NINTENDO WORLD” which had been announced to be opened before Tokyo Olympics, we will announce its grand opening timing in this fall, after carefully considering the alignment with the conditions of capacity expansion in moving forward.
Kyodo News, a major Japanese news agency, reported today (June 27) that Universal Studios Japan is postponing the opening of Super Nintendo World as they prioritize taking precautions against the coronavirus.
This is the full article paraphrased into English:
It was revealed on June 27th that Universal Studios Japan will postpone this summer’s opening of a new area where Nintendo's popular character "Mario" will appear. The suspension of business to prevent the spread of coronavirus caused a delay in the preparation of Super Nintendo World. Future plans for the opening will be announced soon.
It is expected that the area will open in autumn, but there is a possibility that it will be delayed until next year depending on the state of the coronavirus in the future. According to those involved, it is difficult to combine the opening of a new area with the precautions required to prevent infection.

Today during Nintendo's shareholder general meeting, a question was asked regarding the opening of Super Nintendo World and Shigeru Miyamoto responded saying something to the effect of that he never expected for this virus to happen and he's waiting for Universal Studios Japan to make an announcement.
Also in this Twitter video it's a little difficult to see but a shell is spinning and moving back and forth: https://twitter.com/spa_jun/status/1276370557957623808

Same angle that you’re used to by now but this one was taken from a slightly higher vantage so you can see a little bit more
