Excellent photo showing Super Nintendo World's massive ride building

These were taken yesterday by me. To be fair, I took them before I saw the signs near the parking structure’s exit discouraging photography. As you can see, the land will tower over the guests.

A large ride building can be seen rising beyond Hogsmeade...

That building near the parking garage is definitely Mario Kart, and the dirt pile looks like Donkey Kong (although, I thought Japan wasn't supposed to get that?). If you look at the leaked SNW plans for Orlando, the layout is identical.

It seems like they changed up the courtyard area (lower section) as well. It looks nothing like the concept art.

New satellite imagery captured on June 22, 2018 shows that significant progress is being made on Super Nintendo World but I'm not able to identify what each structure is. I'm wondering if the dirt pile in top right will be where the rumored Donkey Kong coaster will be located? Maybe Mario Kart ride between dirt pile and parking garage? I could be totally wrong though that's all just speculation...

How will they enforce this? The construction site is visible from hundreds of publicly accessible angles...
