Permit BLD2016-03519 is for the Millenium Falcon attraction and surrounding area. The two-story building is 165,565 square feet. The total value for that section of the project is $77,875,833.Six new permits filed with the city of Anaheim late last week show the immense scope of Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge at Disneyland Park and hint at the value of the project. All six are related to the same parcel, but are individual permits for different pieces of the project. Based on the permits, the total estimated value of the project is over $181.3 million.

The two-story building, plus offices, and cast member restroom and break room is 115,206 square feet. The total value for that section of the project is $55,746,094.
The Millennium Falcon has not started to be built yet. The framing that is located at the millennium Falcon spot is the top structure that hasn't been put on top of one of the structures yet. Notice that the structure is on the crane mat (the wood planks for the crane). They wouldn't build the falcon on a mat without a foundation to attach it to.
