Today I was visiting Disneyland Shanghai and took a look at Toy Story Land:

It looks like construction started on the Toy Story expansion in December 2016!

Totally out of proportion CarlySx. I was there on the Saturday of that weekend and it was pretty spotless.

Just for you, I took some photos of the main Club 33 entrance on Mickey Avenue. It has a porch; once you get into the porch there is no more Club 33 insignia but I didn't dare to go any further!! The entrance is next to the "Jazz Club" facade, close to one of the entrances of Avenue M Arcade....

I went on Roaring Rapids on the 16th (opening day) and I didn't spot this Q'araq at all in the whole ride....was it somehow disabled on the first day, or maybe I was just not very observant?

That video was taken on the 18th and we saw previous footage during soft opening of it not working so perhaps but I would doubt they would have left it not working with guests on the ride unless there was something wrong with the animatronics.

I certainly didn't notice the park being particularly dirty during my four days there (16-19)!! I did see some atrocious queue-jumping, although the Disney staff were actually quite good/eager at sorting it out. Native Chinese were among those getting angry at the queue-jumpers, so it works both ways. The worst thing I saw was a full-on fight between a couple, complete with biting, slapping and kicking. The security seemed unwilling to escort them out of the park despite the fact that there was a large crowd standing around watching. Not sure how this would have been dealt with at other parks...
