Nearly a million tourists have already peered through the Shanghai Disneyland gates... and it doesn't open for weeks

Still only castmembers and invited guests and their families. You would have to know someone with extra tickets who are willing to give them to you.

Seeing so many people in the park in these videos, is it officially soft-opened now, or still only for invited guests? If the latter, how to get on the invited guest list?

Voyage to the Crystal Grotto POV Video. It's a little more sedate and "old fashioned" than Pirates of the Caribbean!
The projection mapping on the under castle sections are cool but it's a shame you don't get more sense that you are going under the Castle! You could be in any tunnel so I feel it kinda missed the point a little.

Also new video of the "Ignite the Dream" Show. It's very short but gives a great feel for how the show is going to look overall.

Do you think the rockwork on the left and especially the right side of the castle will feature some kind of water element -- waterfall into castle moat? On some satellite pics that I saw, I could imagine this. What do you think? Would this create at least some kind of energy to the place? I hope so. Please turn it on.

The Stormtroopers and Vader have been walk-arounds since the start of previews. Great win for the Creative Entertainment team!

I wondered how long it would take before we saw Star Wars characters in the park.... Not long it turns out!
