Shanghai Disneyland (including hotels and Downtown Disney area): USD 4,4 billion
Disney Fantasy Cruise Ship: USD 1,8 billion
Disney's California Adventure Expansion, California: USD 1,2 billion
Fantasyland Expansion at Magic Kingdom, Florida: USD 425 million

But company executives, repeating an earlier pledge, said last week that they intend to reduce capital spending after the current wave of projects has worked its way through the development pipeline.

"I think you're likely to see relatively prudent behavior over the next number of years," Iger told analysts. "We do have some commitments that will continue to be reflected in increased capital spending — the one that is most notable is Shanghai Disneyland, and [there's] the completion of the Fantasyland redo or build-out in Florida. But I think you're likely to see a fairly prudent period for the company."

Others attributed the city's recent strong growth of inbound foreign investment to the Shanghai Disneyland project.

Construction of the core facilities of Shanghai Disneyland, including roads and pipelines infrastructure, began last month.

The first phase of the park will cost 24.5 billion yuan (US$3.8 billion), and an additional 4.5 billion yuan will be spent on support facilities such as hotels, shops, restaurants and entertainment venues.

Three lands, Adventureland on the right, Fantasyland behind the castle and Tomorrowland on the left. No Main Street. Probably three Fast Pass attractions, one of them will be Pirates of the Caribbean (we have seen that before) and the other one the Tron motorcycle coaster (motorcycle coasters being quite common these days).

Don't expect too much!
