Where does it say that you are guaranteed to get tickets if you get hotel reservations? Because I have searched and it does not say that anywhere on the site.

If you get confirmation of your Shanghaid Disneyland Hotel or Tory Story Hotel reservation, you will be guaranteed to purchase park tickets during your stay from the hotel front desk

I found my hotel email confirmations in my junk folder. No luck on my park tickets yet- on my 9th hour of trying. They dont even answer the phones and the live chat has a looong wait.

Check in earlier in the day. No guarantees in advance, and Im a Disney Vacatiion club member. Seems like anytime I check in late I always get the type of room I didnt want and it'll be faaaar from everything... but Ive been lucky a few times.

Does anyone have any recommendations on making sure I have a king bed for Delux park view room? Also I would love To upgrade to Kingdom club but only if it's a park view room, but there's no option

Sorry to say, I did get confirmations as soon as I booked. The park ticket confirmation comes from [email protected] and the hotel confirmation comes from [email protected] Apart from that, all I can suggest is try talking to the people on the live chat...

Hotel rooms at SDH are available from June 16th again!! I just booked mine!! Glad I kept trying

Paid hotel full via credit card yes, why? No luck with tickets until now
