Does anyone know what Qimiao Road Station is? Is this just another name for Disney Resort Station?

This is also happening to me. We booked with a credit card, and the credit card never got a bill of receipt. This is for our room and park tickets. Confirmation e-mail was sent, we can still look it up, and we have called 2 times and they say everything is ok...

Looking for some help. "Successfully" booked the Shanghai Disneyland Hotel online within hours of the website going "live". Got my confirmation email with the correct information and it showed i had paid in full. I even got a call from my credit card company confirming the charge from China was valid. Last night, i was checking my credit card statement and there was no charge on the account. Called the credit card company and they had nothing. They did set up an pre-authorization for yesterday through mid-night tonight. I called the Shanghai Disneyland Hotel directly and they said the original credit card transaction failed. I told them i was concerned and wanted to make sure the reservation was still valid and i just wanted them to process the charge so there would be no issues. Was told everything was OK and he processed my credit card right then and said the transaction was successful. 10 hours later, still no charge on my credit card. Just now called the Shanghai Disneyland hotel again and was told everything is OK. She could see the credit card transaction was successful on their end. She told me it may take up to a couple of days for the transaction to actually hit my credit card. Still nervous as i don't want the reservation cancelled for non-payment.

Has anyone else go through this same difficulty? Should i be worried? Any guidance or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance

Anyone still haven't been properly charged for hotel room and tickets bought the first day sales opened? I have both a confirmation number for the hotel and tickets...

Hello everyone, I will be visiting Shanghai Disneyland this November. Based on the pictures of construction progress, I am truly excited! I've booked 3 nights stay at Shanghai Disneyland Hotel and could not wait for trip reviews (which will be coming soon in June by opening day attendees). I am not sure if I would go for the Lion King musical as it would be in Mandarin. What do you guys think? Will it be worth it?

For dining reservations I called them directly. They will even send an e-mail confirmation for each reservation.

FYI my charges have also appeared now. So I would just assume at this point you will be charged eventually.

Does anyone have any information regarding dining reservations?
