Hi all, I just spoke to Nono at the live chat, and confirmed some things, while other things he told me it has not yet been announced.

Confirmed:
* Dining Reservations - you have to call up the reservation center to book them. It's not possible to book online or via the live chat
* Breakfast at hotels - same situation - you have to call up to book them.
* Early entry - really sorry but it seems that this is not possible. I asked him about it in the context of the opening day, but he said it's not possible on any day. Proof:



Not yet known:
* Whether any hotel facilities will be available before 16th June (e.g. left luggage) ("We will release related operation arrangement later")
* What time the hotel facilities (e.g. left luggage) will be opening on 16th June ("for the hotel opening hours we still not get informed")
* Whether there will be Wi-Fi at the turnstiles to access the internet and get the barcode ("We will release related operation arrangement later")
* How 2-day tickets work in terms of how you get the second portion to re-enter on the second day ("we will release all the related policy you need later")

I thnik i will not call again - i dont see reason for this - my tickets and hotel booking is viewable in my account, the lady on hotline also confirmed everything. Dont see the need for registration of my passport number since booking worked without it, and i also think it is only optional as Adam described here in the forum. Only what matters to me is the confirmation email i did not receive until now. How does it look? I think that they are saying if the room capacity for that room type is say 2 adults, you can only get 2 adult tickets. That said, i agree get you tickets in advance if you can. Bird in the hand.

My hotel confirmation email says:

Theme park ticket is not included in the room price, but is guaranteed for hotel guest (according to room occupancy) at Shanghai Disney Resort.

In other words, if the room occupancy is too high, it seems to be saying that the tickets are not guaranteed. I would recommend to everyone to book their park tickets separately if possible.....
