Yes, as I think I mentioned before....I received an email confirmation for both park tickets and hotel reservations immediately after booking them. I made 4 orders in total (2 park tickets for different days, and 2 hotel reservations), and for each order I got the confirmation email immediately after booking. I gave the email addresses those originated from in my earlier post. Not sure why others have not received the confirmation. Maybe the email server was offline at the time you booked, and maybe it only tries to send the email once; I don't know...

I booked tickets for several days and never did I receive one confirmation by e-mail. The tickets are linked to my account though. I did receive e-mail confirmations for my hotel reservations however. I live in The Netherlands and tried linking my ID to the tickets and that's indeed not possible. I believe only Chinese ID's are possible (18 digits).

I'm now convinced that the only reason they provide the option to link your ticket to the government ID is for convenience. In this case, you don't actually have to produce a barcode, just show your government ID and then they will give you the ticket at the turnstiles. Of course that is not applicable for us non-Chinese, but I don't think it disadvantages us in any other way than we have to make sure to have the barcode with us (not sure if there will be WiFi at the turnstiles - will check).
Ok thinking the same, but not sure why the guy in chat forced me to call them again and link my passport number to my tickets. I dont get it. Did you receive email confirmation - thats what i am still missing, despite calling them on Sunday nigjt, they confirmed my tickets and i also can print them out so should be fine, but i dont understand why it is that impossible to resend confirmation email to me...the lady told she will resend within 24hrs bit even though nothing happened in my mail box lol

I think they are in desperate need of updating their website, now that bookings have started - people want to see some pictures of the different room types before making hotel reservations - at least some art of concept image or artwork - they could have done better in my opinion. Also more information on all shops and restaurants of disney town. Some word on Dining Reservations, Early Entry is also not provided yet. People get first in touch with their website and they now could be mor accurate, its okay that not every showtime or openimg hour is displayed now, bit some more generall information and updated pictures for hotel bookings they missed to present to interested people in time - bad managemnt of the web site departement in my opinion!

No luck there. I then went on live chat and got my good friend Nomo. I explained my difficulty in booking park tickets and he indicated that since I had a hotel reservation (and had registered), I could not purchase park tickets online in advance of my arrival. He said I had to purchase them at the hotel when I arrived.
Not sure why you have got that behaviour. I was able to book both park tickets and hotel reservations online on the same account. Admittedly I did book the park tickets before the hotel - not sure if that makes a difference.

PS: I also think I spent many hours talking to your friend but he told me his name is NONO not NOMO. Actually it seems there are only about 4 English-speaking staff on the live chat service.

I do not have my name on my tickets either. This is quite strange to me as some websites such as http://shanghaiist.com/2016/03/29/disneyland_ticket_scalpers.php are wondering how ticket touts are able to sell tickets, but to me it seems quite easy to do.

There is an option during checkout "I would also like the eTickets added to a Government ID." I simply did not select this option. I think from the wording of it, it's quite clear that it's optional, and you can submit the form without checking that checkbox. Due to this, I was never prompted for any kind of ID or passport number

But i read there is the option to book breakfast additionaly - forgot to ask her how much this would cost, maybe someone here can do on phone or chat. would be interesting to know, but anyway i think i will do breakfast at different locations in park or disneytown. Also i find opening times could be a little longer on weekdays. But i also read that they offer early entry to hotel guests. Maybe also someone could get in touch with them and find out more? ☺
Dining reservations are next on my list of things to try to find information about. There is very limited information at the moment. It is less than 90 days before my arrival date and I have not received any option to book dining reservations. In particular I want to make sure that I don't book The Lion King tickets on the same day as character dining. I really need to chat to the online chat people about it, or I will miss both. I will share any updates I get.

About breakfast, I share your frustrations.

Yeah, i hope so - so that means park is open on some weekdays, for example when i go in august, already at 7am 😝

For the fountain...yeah i also thought it would like this

Also spoke with chat due to my problem with missing ticket confirmation email. The guy told that i have to call hotline again. While conversation i noticed that while ordering the tickets i wasnt able to put in my german passport number and left it blank...He admitted that there was some system error and that it now would work - AND that i have to call hotline and tell them to manually put in my passport number onto my ticket information...mhhhh? What do you think, anyone else had trouble with putting in passport number while order process? Do i better follow his advice and call them to do manually? Anyone else did not get email conformation for tickets yet?

Dining Reservations are possible 90 days prior to arrival only for Aurora, Lumiere Kitchen and Royal Banquett Hall mhhh....and Breakfast Hotel Option is not priced yet he told.

  9. I wouldn't imagine there will be early entry on opening day however.

  10. This is great news. We get in 2 hours before the hordes storm the gates.
