Yes I received both of my emails. I booked them online through the SDL website.

Wondering same for dining....did you receive email confirmation? Why in hell i did not receive an email😓

I have managed to secure park tickets for 17th for my family of 6, now wondering about dining reservations.

I did same, i booking proceeded i have confirmation number and could display etickets on my mobile - for some reason booking did not work on my pc yesterday so i did it via smartphone. On my smartphone i can display etickets and everything on their mobile version of their official page - there are writers under park "My Tickets" and under place to stay "My reservations" . There everything is displayed correctly, but that is missing if i log into my account and want to view the same on laptop in internet explorer...-i think they just have to update their website/system. For hotel reservation i received an email just after i completed booking, but for the ticket i still did not get a confirmation email. Maybe also due to system problem. So it is the same situation with you???

Hello, i also let it blank (Dutch ID) and I recieved the e-tickets without our name. But i didn't recieve the conformation e-tickets.

While the ticket buying process, did you fill in the box for identity card number, i let it blank, since it did not took my geman passport number. Wondering what others did

If I want to book two rooms, I have to make separate reservations online? Or should I just call them to have it under one reservations?

a live chat person told me the same thing that as resort guests we will be guaranteed ticket purchase. I am still uneasy about that. I'll check if that is the same with Disneyworld etc if they have a similar policy because I first understood it as hotel guests are guaranteed admission on days that the park has filled capacity when non hotel guests get turned away. But considering we have to choose the actual dates with Shanghai Disneyland that probably wont happen.
