I now have confirmed hotel booking - but ticket booking no sucess until now - payment 5 minutes loop screen wothout no result....as hotel booking guests they write theme park tickets are guarenteed....should i realx now and wait until it works properly or do you think i should try now over and over again to get the ticket and confirmation for tickets safe?????????

I was able to book 2 rooms (separately) at Toy Story but only for one night when I need 2 nights.

Finally booked 4 nights at the Disneyland hotel. I find it odd that if you choose the Club Level you can't choose what you want a view of, so opted for the Park View instead. It's also how you cannot preference King or two doubles. I know tickets are guaranteed, but should I still get them before?

I don't get why they want full payment for the hotels. It's usually a deposit for the first night.. that's what I've experienced at all the other parks even tokyo disneyland.

Yes, I managed to book the tickets now from 16-19 June! Seems the pop-up problem is fixed. However, I still can't see availability for Shanghai Disneyland Hotel for anything before 21st June. Which makes me fear that unfortunately it is fully booked already before then. Anyway, the park tickets for the opening day and subsequent days were my main goal! About SDH, I will have to wait until the online chat people come online to get an accurate picture. It seems really unfair if it was fully booked by people with Chinese National ID cards while the pop-up problem made it impossible for Western users to make bookings.

Yes, we also got the tickets. Just keep trying and you will we able to pay with an international card.
