With a budget of $700 million and a size of 1,356,860 square feet, this entertainment complex will be more of a "flagship" entertainment complex for SEVEN.

The design of Exit 15 is about playfulness. On one end you have the dark and refined limited palette and textures of manmade materials, hard lines wood and stone, a touch of brass and gold. This is balanced with a playful reveal of nature; walls split open to reveal ivy gardens underneath, planters emerge from unexpected locations and foliage is structure into interesting sculptures. The space itself is always transforming and revealing bold colors, patterns and shapes in fun and exotic ways.
Exit 15 Al Nahda Development is a TOPAZ Archetype that will feature a core of high-end adult, teen, and family entertainment options wrapped around a Ski Slope attraction. The development is completed by luxury dining and retails creating a new and extraordinary mix attractions.

The ride-based FEC is likely referring to Transformers.Exit 10 Al Hamra Development will be Riyadh’s most sought destination. The development is a two-level facility with four unique entertainment districts situated around a large indoor atrium with connection to an outdoor public space themed around Futurism catering for every demographic in the city, a place for everyone to enjoy and relax.
Situated in a unique location on the intersection of the eastern ring road and King Abdullah road with proximity to two metro stations the development will become the destination for entertainment & leisure for the residence of Riyadh designed to be an inspiration to the future generation and a city icon with an eye on the heritage and culture of the Kingdom.
Exit 10 is TOPAZ Architecture type that will feature a core of high end adult, teen and family entertainment options supported by a selection of luxury dining and retail creating a new and extraordinary mix of attractions unlike any other in the world.

AMC Cinema – multi-screen cinemas with IMAX experience included.
Ride based FEC - linking to a global IP, the intention is to have rides larger than in the current market with a high level of theming - large volume will ensure space for a spinning coaster, uni-coaster, and darkride will be anchors to more than 12 rides. Targeted to tween & teens, an arcade space with a redemption also will ensure a repeatable experience.
Discovery Education - Exclusive to and SEVEN KSA and the first Discovery edutainment, FEC of its kind in the world encompassing adventure, immersion in nature and makers space attractions using all the years of footage from Discovery’s portfolio.
Hub-less Ferris Wheel - 1st of its kind attraction outside North America the wheel is 22 meters high and takes in the full atrium & external space views with a coffee shop as you walk through the middle.
Wave house - First Wave/flowhouse attraction in KSA in the center of the main atrium with DJ, Great food and surfing action.
E-Karting - IP branded multi level E-karting, 16 karts, state of the art technology looping in and out of the thrill district atrium.
Sky diving Experience - Exclusive to SEVEN the kingdoms first indoor sky diving tunnel 14 ft in diameter and in the center of the Wonrder Atrium.

The public realm in Exit 10 plays an important role in the visitor experience. While it comprises ‘circulation space’ between plazas, districts and attractions, it is also an attraction in its own right. The public space will accommodate activities and interactive components and will provide a canvas for the thematic overlay and signature attractions.
The food and beverage offer in Exit 10 has been compiled to achieve a critical mass that will make dining, in its own right, a reason to visit the complex. The design of the complex will complement the dining offer and encourage people to visit the complex. The placement, curation and configuration of the dining offer will facilitate ‘cross spending’ with the entertainment attractions and activities.

Saudi Entertainment Ventures (SEVEN), a wholly owned subsidiary of the Public Investment Fund (PIF), has announced the beginning of construction of its entertainment destination in Tabuk at the Municipal Investment Forum (Furas), organised by the Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs (MoMRA). With a development value of more than SAR 1 billion, SEVEN’s entertainment destination in Tabuk will transform the entertainment landscape in the region with a wide range of attractions and experiences.
Designed by world-renowned architects, Gensler, SEVEN’s entertainment destination in Tabuk is set on over 72,500 square metres of built-up area and on a land area of 40,000 square metres. Located on King Faisal Road, the entertainment destination is designed as a village nestled between gardens and recreational spaces, creating an extension of this environment within. The entertainment destination welcomes guests under a coloured glass canopy inspired by local arts and traditions. An innovative hydroponic tower, inspired by, and paying homage to, the agricultural contribution of the city to the Kingdom, creates an iconic attraction in the heart of the entertainment destination.
During a signing ceremony at the Municipal Investment Forum, SEVEN awarded the development contract to build the entertainment destination to AL BAWANI CO. LTD., a leading Saudi-owned and managed company.

Visitors will be offered a wide range of exciting attractions including a 4,000 square metre highly immersive family entertainment centre, a second junior family entertainment centre for the little ones, as well as a Discovery Adventures centre; an indoor attraction that provides a unique edutainment experience that integrates Discovery content developed in partnership with Warner Bros. Discovery.
SEVEN’s entertainment destination in Tabuk will also feature an e-karting experience under Mattel’s Hot Wheels brand for both adults and children to enjoy, a 12-hole indoor adventure golf course integrating the latest technology to tailor individual experiences, a 10-lane futuristic bowling experience and a 10-screen cinema. There will also be a multi-purpose event space hosting a variety of events and a wide variety of local and international retail, food and beverage outlets.
