Here's the official website for SeaWorld Abu Dhabi: http://seaworldabudhabi.ae/en

Here's some info from the FAQ:

What kind of marine life will be at SeaWorld Abu Dhabi?

Our teams are currently working on the design of the park, taking into consideration the 50 years of experience and learnings as well as the latest technology in creating the best homes for our marine life friends. We are still at the early stages and as we progress with the design, we will be sharing more information as it becomes available.

The addition of SeaWorld Abu Dhabi expands Miral’s destination portfolio on Yas Island, which is set to double visitor numbers to 48 million by 2022. The growth plans are part of Abu Dhabi’s vision to establish the emirate as a global tourism hub with unique attractions and world-class tourism infrastructure.

  5. If money has changed hands, it's 100% Abu Dhabi. The Dubai Palm Jebel Ali SeaWorld story is now closed forever.

During a Town Hall that took place at SeaWorld Orlando this past Saturday, SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment's CEO reaffirmed plans to open up a park in the Middle East, including a SeaWorld Rescue Center. No further details, including specific location, were revealed. At least we know it's still in the works!
