    It's a Zamperla Junior Coaster.

  2. Is there going to be another coaster since there seemed to be more footers on the other side but I am not sure if it is a coaster or not?

Parts of the design such as the yellow "pods" match a rendering and layout that I have from last year so maybe it's an early design compared to the official concept art that you have.

The park will be indoors over five levels: Service Level 01, Service Level 02, Attraction Level 03, Attraction Level 04, Attraction Level 5. The theme park is divided into six major areas, Abu Dhabi Ocean, Polar Ocean, Tropical Ocean, Endless Ocean, Sea of Delight and Blue World. In addition to the main building, there are ancillary building outside the main building.

The site is approximately 54 hectares, of which Miral plans to develop approximately two thirds of the area for SWAD at this time. This portion of the site will allow for future expansion of SeaWorld. The remaining one third will be reserved for future development.
I'm not sure when this photo was taken so it might be out of date:
