In the Loop has a construction update video on this (along with Six Flags Dubai)

SeaWorld AD will be managed by SeaWorld. This makes it a different proposition to the other Farah Leisure attractions which are managed within the group.

- Both of the unnamed roads that crossed through the construction site are now closed and one of the roads has been completely cleared and is now just dirt
- Groundwork throughout the site is increasingly visible
- Fence has been going up around the site's perimeter

SeaWorld Rescue/Research Center still on track for 2021 opening and theme park on track for opening the following year

Recently the very early stages of ground work have begun at the future site of SeaWorld Abu Dhabi. Based on recent satellite imagery and an Instagram video that was posted yesterday, the first pile driver can be seen:

Is this project still in design stage or moved to tender?

SeaWorld Abu Dhabi is expected to break ground this year and is currently in the design phase

That is incorrect. It is still being tendered. Contractors are invited to submit a technical bid this week.
