I booked both of my rooms separately online but Im pretty sure can just do it over the phone at the same time. I called them yesterday from the U.S and was on hold for about 5 minutes only for an agent but beware of some agents who work the English line- I had an agent that was so bad at it I almost cried. After like 15 minutes she just gave up and told me to call back later then I finally got one who was much better.

a live chat person told me the same thing that as resort guests we will be guaranteed ticket purchase. I am still uneasy about that. I'll check if that is the same with Disneyworld etc if they have a similar policy because I first understood it as hotel guests are guaranteed admission on days that the park has filled capacity when non hotel guests get turned away. But considering we have to choose the actual dates with Shanghai Disneyland that probably wont happen.

I found my hotel email confirmations in my junk folder. No luck on my park tickets yet- on my 9th hour of trying. They dont even answer the phones and the live chat has a looong wait.

Check in earlier in the day. No guarantees in advance, and Im a Disney Vacatiion club member. Seems like anytime I check in late I always get the type of room I didnt want and it'll be faaaar from everything... but Ive been lucky a few times.

me too- Im on my 4th attempt grrrrr....
I was able to book 2 rooms (separately) at Toy Story but only for one night when I need 2 nights.

about how long did the payment processing take? Mine's been processing for at least 3 minutes already and still not confirmed
