Our landmark Sky Tower takes viewers of all ages and heights up among the clouds for breathtaking panoramic 360° views, and now we’ve raised the stakes by adding the multi-sensory movie experience of our new Explorer attraction with immersive content and full sensory stimulation!
Riders start by boarding the capsule at ground level, and once inside the sensory-controlled capsule their journey begins. With multiple custom themes, a descent through an iris into the underground 360° cinema takes them to, for example, a deep dive, a space flight, or a fantasy world of your own creation, complete with sounds, motion, climate control, and other sensory inputs.

Horizon 22, Europe’s highest free public viewing gallery, will open its doors to the public for the first time at 10am on September 27, 2023. Pre-bookings are available online at www.horizon22.co.uk

Located on Level 58 of the City of London’s tallest building, 22 Bishopsgate, Horizon 22 will be the highest free viewing gallery in Europe, at 833 ft / 254m above ground. 22 Bishopsgate is a 62-storey smart building with a vision to create a place where people thrive.

The highly anticipated experience will offer guests a completely new perspective of London’s sprawling capital, with visitors able to enjoy unique views of London’s most iconic landmarks including the ‘Cheesegrater’, ‘Walkie Talkie’ ‘Gherkin’, St Paul’s Cathedral and Tower Bridge, as well as across the River Thames to the Shard. Horizon 22’s main viewing gallery has an 8.4m/27.8 ft high ceiling to enhance the viewing experience, featuring triple glazed windows which are specially treated to maximise daylight and improve energy efficiency.

Horizon 22 has its own entrance direct from Bishopsgate. Having passed through ticketing and security, visitors will be whisked up to Level 58 mezzanine in 41 seconds in one of the two high speed lifts serving the gallery, traveling at up to 8 meters per second.

Public trial operations have officially started today at Chimelong Spaceship! The park has achieved seven Guinness World Records:

1. Largest indoor theme park

The largest indoor theme park measures 397,064.94 m² (4,271,783 ft² 50 in²) and was achieved by Chimelong Spaceship (China) in Zhuhai, China, on 15 September 2023.

The park land covers 360,163 m² with 2 floors on the ground and 1 floor underground. The dimension of the building is 645 m (L) x 201 m (W) x 59.9 m (H).

2. Largest aquarium

The largest aquarium measures 75,350,969 litres (16,574,889.18 gal) and was achieved by Chimelong Spaceship (China) in Zhuhai, China, on 15 September 2023.

The largest aquarium consists of 38 aquarium tanks hosting for almost 300 kinds of fish, coral and aquatic plants.

3. Largest aquarium tank

The largest aquarium tank measures 56,450,136 litres (12,417,288.86 gal) and was achieved by Chimelong Spaceship (China) in Zhuhai, China, on 15 September 2023.

The largest aquarium tank is 125.4 m (L), 12-32 m (W), 11 m (Depth). It was completed on 23 April 2023 and opened to the public on 11 September 2023.

4. Largest living coral reef exhibit

The largest living coral reef exhibit measures 2,848,562 litres (626,595.78 gal) and was achieved by Chimelong Spaceship (China) in Zhuhai, China, on 15 September 2023.

There were 10 coral tanks in Chimelong Spaceship Park. The largest living coral exhibit tank is No.9 tank of the Coral exhibition area. The dimension is 42m x 15m x 5m (L x W x H), hosting hundreds of coral species in the tank.

5. Highest capacity seated motion simulator

The highest capacity for a seated motion simulator is 304 people and was achieved by Chimelong Spaceship (China) in Zhuhai, China, on 15 September 2023.

6. Largest curved projection screen

The largest curved projection screen measures 1,682.60 m² (18,111 ft² 52 in²) and was achieved by Chimelong Spaceship (China) in Zhuhai, China, on 15 September 2023.

7. Largest indoor artificial wave

The largest indoor artificial wave measures 3.2 m (10 ft 6 in) and was achieved by Chimelong Spaceship (China) in Zhuhai, China, on 15 September 2023.

The height of wave trough (lowest point) is 1.55 m and the crest (highest point) is 1.65 m.

Saudi Entertainment Ventures (SEVEN), a wholly owned subsidiary of the Public Investment Fund (PIF), has awarded the contract to the joint venture (JV) between AL BAWANI CO. LTD and UCC Saudi to build the new entertainment destination in Yanbu and construction is already underway.

With an investment value of over SAR 1.1 billion, SEVEN’s entertainment destination in Yanbu is located along the seafront promenade on Al Nawras Island and has been designed to play a pivotal role in the city’s local entertainment sector. The entertainment destination will offer guests a wide variety of experiences designed to engage all age groups from within the local community of Yanbu and the surrounding areas.

SEVEN Yanbu is designed by Gensler, a global architecture, design, and planning firm. The architectural form of SEVEN’s entertainment destination is inspired by the city’s heritage as a historic port located on the Kingdom’s western Red Sea coast. The design is a celebration of water, with elements of the beach and the sea threaded throughout.
