Because it's not the largest Disney park and it is opening weekend. Give it time to see how it can handle crowds AND further construction.

This is in Tomorrowland in the Star Wars Launch Bay. It was the final attraction to open on the last day of Trial Operations.

I can guarantee you that this was not open to all guests at Trial Operations and this was not to test anything more than the rafts and certain show elements. It was only operational to train Rapids employees.

Yes it can. There are pictures of the canopy in transition going from blue to green and almost fully purple.

Still only castmembers and invited guests and their families. You would have to know someone with extra tickets who are willing to give them to you.

Trial ops are hard ticketed to CMs and Disney employees. If you have a friend who might have a ticket, they can take you. But you will not be able to purchase a ticket.

UPDATE: Trial operations begin the week of May 7. Soft openings begin June 8.

Trial operations is at the end of May.

Soft opening is June 7 for invited cast members and guests.

Grand opening is June 16.

The spaceship is made of Legos. And yes that is the Lego Store.

The aliens are actually made of Lego and attached to the Lego store in DisneyTown.
