This park sadly closed in 2020 due to the COVID pandemic and, in 2021, it was announced to be getting a rebrand into Columbia Pictures Aquaverse
I’m assuming that the ride being called Voltron is a pure coincidence and it has no relation to the famous Japanese anime series of the same name
It’s interesting that they use a render of a velociraptor from Jurassic World because the original Dinotopia books are about a society where humans and dinosaurs live together in peace so an aggressive dinosaur doesn’t really fit in context.

Does anyone have any idea when the second phase, featuring the e-ticket attraction, might happen or is that another project that’s indefinitely delayed/cancelled?

Yellow and brown rollercoaster track has been seen in Utah. It’s possible that this could be for the Epic Universe version of the Donkey Kong minecart ride
