Speculations say that this might be a themed resort hotel similar to Legoland hotel but with characters from Motiongate

There could be a project revival happening this year or next year and this could mean that construction can proceed in the next couple of years like before but there could be a remodelling or redesigning of the whole park which might take up to 2 to 3 years with the construction taking 4 to 6 years which brings us to 2033. Please note nothing confirmed, this is a highly anticipated theme park currently either canceled or on hold, hoping they would continue with the construction works.

The land area shown in the reference is 80 ha https://earth.google.com/earth/d/1Y9wXtIii2erbz-7mZzYB3sIqc8UAuo_u?usp=sharing
The location of the Disney theme park resort has been confirmed. The location of the Disney theme park resort will be the same as the rumors have showed us. Miral is considering expanding the territory of Yas Island to accommodate this upcoming Disney resort which is said to be 125 ha in land area, while currently available land size is about 160 ha but a known issue is that within that land lies a school.

it is said to be that this Disney theme park and resort will open its doors to visitors in around 7 to 8 years time from now.
While an opening date for the Disney theme park is far from being announced, Josh D’Amaro, chairman of Disney’s Experiences theme park segment, has given us a rough timeline of what's going to happen. He said that given the scale of the project, it could take a year or two to design, plus four to six years to build. So best case scenario it will take one year to design plus four years to build and five years in total, which sets the opening date to 2030.However, if things take longer to design and build, we could be looking at a 2032 to a 2033 opening.
