At Avengers Campus, the Spider-Man attraction building is really coming together with facade, roof and even entrance theming structures moving into place. Not much has been done yet with all the gutted restaurants space. A temporary central road was also tarred.

At the far end of Avengers Campus, the “Mission Control” meet and greet location is ready to get themed. Next to the Iron Man Coaster, foundations are done for the new backstage support building, and the abandoned Moteurs Action Arena is still.. green.







At “Cars Route 66: Road Trip”, the Dinoco truck has been installed in the Cars-tastrophe Canyon set which has also been entirely repainted.



The Cars Route 66 Station is coming together nicely. Several areas were paved in interesting shapes along the road for several new “Road Trip” scenes.

A massive wrench also appeared on the “Route 66”.



At the Iron Man Coaster, the new queue area has progressed a lot, with a large metallic entrance structure. From the other side, you can see the shape and foundations for the circular structure that will hide the show building.





Looking further back at the future WDS expansion areas isn’t fascinating, with this phase of the project very much still in the preparation stage. But there sure is a lot going on.

Trees and lampposts in the Castle viewing area lit up tonight for the first time.





A structure resembling a lighthouse appeared at the construction site of “Arendelle: World of Frozen”. Despite being absent from HKDL’s concept art, a similar shaped lighthouse can be found in Paris’s concept. Both versions may share similar elements.

Fences surrounding the castle control rooms have been removed, the entire exterior of the two control rooms has thus been unveiled. Both control rooms are decorated with plants, with vines growing on the walls.

Castle of Magical Dreams update.



The interior of the Castle is still under construction. Ceiling embedded with fiber optics and chandelier can be vaguely seen. Also, the refurbishment of the clock tower outside Storybook Shoppe is near completion.

Almost the entire scaffolding at the back of the Castle has been removed. Wall carvings on the balconies have also been painted.









More details on the back of the castle: new pattern is added to the bottom of Jasmine’s tower. Major progress is made to the wooden facade next to Frozen’s tower.

Scaffoldings have been tied up for an approaching typhoon, paint job at the back of the Castle has made good progress.
