The theme park won't happen, but the casino is going ahead. Construction updates here:

  2. So is it confirmed that there is no more theme park?

Anyone know the status of the construction of the Bayshore residential resort?

Since the theme park component has been removed from the resort master plan, we will now move this thread to the 'limbo' section.

It seems RW Manila (Bayshore) is in for a different plan.

Billionaire Andrew Tan is investing P65 billion to develop his second integrated resort and casino project called Westside City in Parañaque.

Aside from the gaming facilities, Westside City, formerly known as Bayshore City Resorts World, will also be home to Megaworld’s upscale residential condominiums, a luxury mall and international hotel brands such as The Westin Hotel, Hotel Okura Manila, Genting Grand, Crockfords Tower and Kingsford Hotel.

Westside City is also envisioned to become the “Broadway of Asia,” as the township will highlight facilities for the performing arts. It will be home to the Philippines’ first Grand Opera House with a total seating capacity of 3,000.

    Interesting read here, though:
    WESTSIDE
Travellers is building its second integrated resort in Entertainment City, which it has renamed to Westside City Resorts World from Bayshore City Resorts World.

  6. Water park in the making?

  7. I think they completely scrapped the theme park:

Bayshore City Resorts World will feature attractions and facilities such as a 3,000-seater grand opera house, entertainment and gaming facilities, a commercial complex with retail components offering the latest style in fashion, department stores, food and beverage outlets and cinemas.

  8. I need to know the general contractor of this project. Anyone, please help me!

  9. No theme park.

Alliance Global Group Inc., the holding company of tycoon Andrew Tan, said Tuesday it expects to complete phase 1 of the $1.1-billion Resorts World Bayshore, its second integrated casino and entertainment complex in Parañaque City, by 2018.

AGI president Kingson Sian said in an interview following the company’s annual stockholders meeting phase 1 of the casino development would include three luxury hotels offering more than 800 rooms, a retail component, a theater and a casino.
“We should be starting construction of phase 1 within the next 90 days, and completion should be by 2018,” Sian said.

  10. Travellers aims to break ground for Resorts World Bayshore later this year
“We will start construction very, very soon. Hopefully within this year,” Reilly said on the sidelines of Resorts World Manila's fifth anniversary celebration.
At 31 hectares, Resorts World Bayshore will be three times the size of its counterpart in Newport City located across Terminal 3 of Ninoy Aquino International Airport in Pasay City.
