Here is precisely where the Red Sea Astrarium theme park would have gone. Never gonna happen.

This is what happened on the location: a residential real estate development called Eagle Hills, part of the bigger Marsa Zayed:

Where is the funding for this project supposed to come from anyway?

Work on this park has been commencing twice, and twice discontinued. Projects with that kind of track record in this industry rarely ever see the opening day.
