500 aquariums for 18000 species of fish and mammals. The oceanarium will also serve as a research center.
Opens June 2016, test tours for first visitors will be done on May 2016.

Looks like June 2016 is the official opening date with soft opening in May to train staff and volunteers.

The grand opening of one of the most anticipated construction sites of the APEC summit held in June 2016. And the first visitors to the aquarium will begin to take in May. On the eve of the official opening will take place test tour.

It seems there's been a lot of issues surrounding the construction of this oceanarium but I'll leave that to the news. On the other hand, an opening date has been set according to this article:

(Seaside Aquarium) will open its doors to the public in late spring 2016. The unique building was visited by members of City Council. Legislators were impressed by the prospect of an oceanarium, "underwater museum" called the most modern in Russia, RIA VladNews.
