PortaVentura has unveiled the latest development in construction of Europe’s first Ferrari Land theme park, with the continent’s tallest rollercoaster now in its testing phase.

Construction on the park is also entering its final phase, with main building work already completed and the park’s larger scale attractions, such as the circuit and the simulator area, also nearing completion.

The EAS conference did a behind the scenes tour on Monday 19th September. Did anyone get tickets and take any pictures? I have found this one so far but was unable to attend myself so no images from me this time.

Ferrari Land Expansion will open on April 7th 2017

PortAventura World has announced the date of opening to the public of the new theme park Ferrari Land , dedicated to the prestigious Italian car Prancing Horse. It will be on April 7, 2017 , meeting the schedule and coinciding with the start of the new season in PortAventura .

In the central part of the new theme park Ferrari Experience, a space which have not yet transcended many details are located. There will be an electric car circuit 500 meters, towers rebound, simulators and children's attractions type 'speedway'. It will also house a space where visitors can compete in teams and try the experience of changing the wheels of a Formula 1 car, as if it were a real 'pit stop'.
