Thanks for the photo but it's so sad to see nothing's happening. It would be lovely to come to this site and find out that work has started and genuine progress was being made. It was a great idea but looks like it won't be starting any time soon!! Another missed opportunity.

We understand your desire to discuss property investments in the vicinity of the park, but please only post comments related to Paramount Park itself.

It will never happen the airport will never open. We will still be in this position in another 5 years.

Just been to Paramount this morning and im afraid the queues have started already!!!!

I believe that Le Torre golf resort is fantastic because it has a fantastic community set up and a fabulous Golf course. Some good value to be got here.

Sure, Camposol fine but for us it was important to have a world class golf course so when the choice was simple then Camposols golf course is not particularly good.

We had exactly the same idea as yorselves and I had my heart set on an apartment on one of the golf sites. We looked at Condado, Torres, Mar Menor and others and I was ready to put a deposit down when my Fiancee said let's have a look on Camposol. I am so glad she did as we have now bought a fantastic villa on sector A and although the apartment on Condadho are nice we feel we have got great value for our money. Also the community spirit on Camposol is brilliant and it has a golf course.

I just bought an apartment at Condado De Alhama, one apartment with 2 bedrooms and a private roof terrace upstairs. We paid € 69,000 and got the furniture and fridge and washing machine in the bargain. It's a fantastic opportunity, we think, even if not Paramount Park would be built. We have previously rented a few weeks there last autumn and really enjoyed the week, both on the stunning golf course and in Al Kasar, center with restaurants and shopping.

Hello everyone. It is evident you all know much about the area where the theme park will (if ever built) be built. My wife and I have been considering purchasing an apartment from one of the 3 golf resorts in the area. There seems to be many repossessions advertised, it all seems to good to be true.

Is the issue in the area relating to the park potentially not being built?

I'd appreciate any advice on where to buy or avoid and buy at your peril.
