'Do You Speak Beluga?' is an Interactive Theater attraction at South Korea's Lotte World theme park, similar in nature to Disney's Turtle Talk with Crush. Beluga's were selected as the focus to build synergy with the nearby Lotte Aquarium. Designed by Legacy Entertainment, multiple aesthetic approaches were proposed, with Lotte World opting for the grotto look, consistent with the popular nearby 'Jumping Fish' Zamperla Flying Tigers ride.

Happy Snow Park and Happy Water Park at Xiangjiang Happy City, developed by Hunan Xiangjiang New Area Investment Group, officially opened on July 11. The structure that makes up both parks, designed by COOP HIMMELB(L)AU, is "positioned directly on top of a historical cement mining quarry pit and lake" in Changsha, China. The large ski resort is inside and the outdoor waterpark is located on top. FORREC designed the waterpark and describes it as follows:
FORREC took full advantage of the site’s precipitous 30-meter difference in elevation to design a breathtaking multi-level water park with an exotic south seas theme. From the main level, featuring an exciting surf attraction, iconic water coaster and extraordinary wave pool, guests can descend into the Deep Pit on a series of plunging body slides or a thrilling raft slide.
The pit itself is home to a dizzying selection of raft slides, a leisure pool and promenade. Stunningly integrated onto the roof of an existing building, the family area offers abundant water play options for all ages. Throughout the park, gigantic sculptures, inspired by the cultures of Bali and the South Pacific, act as Water Guardians that welcome and guide guests on their journey of discovery.
This is what the quarry pit looked like prior to construction:
The next phase of the Xiangjiang Happy City development is Changsha Haichang Happy Ocean Park, designed by IRMS and KBXD, which recently started construction:

In Ilsan, Korea, there is one particular land parcel that has changed hands multiple times, with several prominent developers making proposals for theme park projects. One such project was a major theme park based on Hallyu / K-pop / Korean Wave culture, and was designed by Legacy Entertainment. Before stalling, the project was so advanced that highway signage was installed (and still exists today).

UNDERLAND is Lotte World's expansion zone below the existing theme park, with the first phase debuting in 2013. Legacy Entertainment's design of the zone included a small-scale dark ride titled 'UNDER CONTROL' that would have taken riders on a madcap journey through the control center beneath Lotte World. Run by the friendly ogres of Korean mythology, the vehicle would have run out of control through all of the departments supporting the park above, including the Central Kitchen, Water & Power, Horticulture, Garbage Collection, and a finale in Fireworks Storage. The ride would have occupied the space currently home to Triotech's XD Theater.
