Land of Legends is now open in Antalya, Turkey.

Located in Belek, Antalya, 27km from Antalya International Airport, Land of Legends offers the world’s first musical boat feast, according to Rixos, and the "Kingdom", Turkey’s first hotel specially designed for children.
It also incorporates the Water World, the Tower of Legends and the Water Coaster – 43 metres high on which passengers hit speeds of up to 86kph. There is also a "5D cinema", where guests enter with their swimsuits on (quite why is not revealed by the operators), as well as surf and wave pools, while there are also regular shows performed by original characters specially designed for the park.
Still, despite the attractions, the park has some significant hurdles to overcome. Tourist arrivals to Turkey fell 40.8 per cent year-on-year in June, with 2.44 million people visiting during the month, data from the tourism ministry showed. That was the biggest drop on record, according to the data, which goes back to 1994.

The previous record fall was set in May, when tourist arrivals dropped by 34.7 per cent. Tourism has been hit hard by tensions with Moscow after Turkey shot down a Russian jet over Syria last year. While Ankara and Moscow have recently started to rebuild ties, tourist arrivals from Russia dropped 87 per cent in the first six months of the year, the data showed.

Could we be expecting another expansion at the Hollywood Universal Studios for 2024? It would seem they are making way for another expansion and could be making an announcement soon.

Universal Studios is embarking on a new five-year plan that will reorient many of its production soundstage facilities to the east near its backlot, as it makes way for additional space to expand its theme park.
In the first phase of its expansion plans, Universal and its parent Comcast invested $1 billion in the lot and theme park, including the recently opened “The Wizarding World of Harry Potter,” as well as extensive upgrades to its infrastructure, such as a bridge over Lankershim Boulevard to accommodate visitors coming with the Metro, a new parking structure and new and widened ramps along the Hollywood Freeway. Two new soundstages are under construction and are scheduled to be completed later this year.

A new theme park attraction, located near “Transformers: The Ride” in the lower part of the theme park, is expected to be announced soon.

Despite problems and pretty major delays Thorpe Park in the UK has started previews of it's unique new experience/ride.

Having now experienced the full show it is understandable why it has taken so long to get ready and why it is still have technical difficulties. The VR technology, combined with the ride movement, the effects, the live elements and the sheer logistics of moving 60 people around quickly and efficiently within the building, are staggering - its certainly the most ambitious attraction the UK has ever seen.

Frozen Ever After opened at Epcot, Walt Disney World, today attracting a 300 minute wait at peak time.
The animatronics look very good and the ride is a big change for Epcot as being the first ride and area in Epcot to be themed around a specific film as opposed to just the geographical area with film thrown in.

Could be the start of some big changes at Epcot as they try to add new life to the World Showcase.
