Six Flags sign deal for two parks in Vietnam with NaVi Entertainment

Using the Six Flags and Six Flags Hurricane Harbor names under a licensing agreement, Vietnam-based NaVi Entertainment will build both a theme park and a waterpark near Ho Chi Minh City.
Both Six Flags attractions in Vietnam are expected to open by 2020 or 2021

Ferrari recently signed a MoU for a new park in China. Whilst it is non-binding it is the first step towards bringing Ferrari to China.

  9. New: Salalah Water Park Oman.

The first water theme park of Oman is under construction near Salalah Festival area (near new Salalah Airport). This is really nice news for the visitors and residents of Oman and particularly that of Salalah.

As per Oman Observer, Sayyid Mohammed bin Sultan al Busaidy, Minister of State and Governor of Dhofar, signed the agreement on 15th Nov 2014 for the construction of the water park in Salalah. The total cost of the project is OMR 2.6 million.

As per the Ministry of Information, Salalah Water Theme Park will be spread over a total area of 35,000 square meters and would have a capacity to accommodate 500 people every day. There will be a wide range of water sports and games so that the visitors can spend a whole day along with family and friends.

There will be a water house pool, wave pool, kids’ pool, lazy river and a spa pool. Water house pool and kid’s pool would have an area of 1,975 square metres. These facilities lie in the east of the park and are surrounded by a 330-metre long lazy river. Located in the middle of the park, the wave pool would be spread over 3,246 square meters. The wave pool would be biggest pool in park. Spa pool would have an area of 1,240 square meters. It lies in the north-west of the park. The park would have race slides, high-speed slide, variable high-speed slide, combination slide, space bowl slide, boomerang slide and water house slide.

Salalah water park is being developed by China Railway.

We all hope that the construction of Salalah Water Theme Park project gets completed soon and we enjoy the water house pool, wave pool, lazy river and many other attractions in Salalah.

The new Kong theming at UOR looks amazing. I love that they put so much effort into theming 1 ride.
