Iceland water park. Parking was deserted, no people. A fence is up announcing a mall and a theme park supposedly under construction adjacent to it. Space behind the fence is used for storage and a hotel appears to be under construction

Took a long tour around the UAE and will now update about every single theme park planned or under construction

There are actually a lot of changes, see below!

Ocean Park has a new entrance and a huge aquarium now. The coolest thing is the retro-style funicular that brings you up to the mountain top with all the new rides. It's amazing!!

This is the new area at the top of the mountain that you will reach with the funicular and the cable car. It's kinda fun fair like, the coaster is very good, but I have to say that I like the old Ocean Park areas much much more. For some reason the new section has no charm. It's too many colors, too many noises, no real theming. Weren't it on top of a mountain in Hong Kong I think it wouldn't attract any attention!
