OCT released new concept art of the Super Wings area at Happy Valley Chongqing and announced that it will be opening May 29, which is a lot sooner than I expected:

This Fantasy Valley is the first project of OCT's fith and new brand. It is considered as a upgraded version of Happy Valley. The B&M Wing Coaster will be longer than 1km, and has cost over 100M yuan.
