OCT’s Maya Waterpark in Nanjing opened on July 2. The adjacent Happy Valley theme park is almost complete.

OCT has released concept art showing the overview of their plans for Zhengzhou. According to the post, it will include Happy Valley, Happy Coast, Water Park, and Ocean Park. The park designs shown in the concept are just placeholders. This project was going to be jointly developed by both OCT and real estate company Jinyi Group. Jinyi Group has since withdrawn from the project so it is now completely managed by OCT. Due to changes in Zhengzhou's land acquisition policies and the fact that the project's land was acquired under Jinyi's name in April as opposed to OCT, the planned location is now potentially in limbo so OCT Zhengzhou may have to relocate to elsewhere in the city.

Adventure Bay waterpark at OCT Fabland in Xiangyang is now officially open! Designers of the park include FORREC and DTJ, and waterslides were supplied by ProSlide, wiegand.waterrides GmbH, and WhiteWater.
